Maintenance Package

Having had your Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installed, whether you are a domestic homeowner, a company fleet or operating a hotel chain.


Waking up to a battery that has not charged over night, the prospect of unhappy customers or employees who are unable to top up their batteries before they set off for the days takings, could be one of those dreaded scenarios that we would rather not face.

To avoid this we offer as an additional package that is entirely optional on your part, a scheduled Maintenance Package that would allow you piece of mind, whilst we ensure the continued use and safety of your Electric Charge Point.


Checks that we would undertake consist of:

  • Either a 6, 12, 24, or 36 month maintenance visit or at individual request

  • Visual inspections against vandalism, damage, wear and tear

  • Reporting of any defects identified

  • Correct operation of the unit (including data communications back to receiving center if fitted)

  • Correct operation of access controls

  • Carry out Electrical Test and Inspections in accordance with BS7671 & IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Units

  • A Full report handed over upon each subsequent visit, detailing any defects and corrective course of action to enable continued safe use of your systems

  • No binding contract. Can be cancelled at any time

                                                                 £160 + VAT (1 - 2 Individual charge point/station)

                                                                    £295 + VAT (3 - 4 Individual charge point/station)

                                                                   £449 + VAT (5 - 6 Individual charge point/station)

                                                                 £75 + VAT (Thereafter on additional charge point/station)
